Tyra is a very brave 3 year old girl from the Isle of Wight who has stage 4 Wilms syndrome (if you want more info there is plenty on the net), This means that she has a tumor on her right kidney (well there's no kidney left it's all tumor 11cm big) and also cancer in her lungs. Getting ready to go to southampton in the morning for meeting with the surgeon, not going to be fun him telling us what can go wrong but I suppose they have to! On count down of last few hours till birthday, nice pile of prezzies sat waiting to be opened by her first thing :-D
