Tyra is a very brave 3 year old girl from the Isle of Wight whohas stage 4 Wilms syndrome (if you want more info there is plenty on the net), This means that she has a tumor on her right kidney (well there's no kidney left it's all tumor 11cm big) and also cancer in her lungs. Blood test results today all fell dramatically and she is neutrapenic again (no immune system) so keeping a close eye on her ready to whisk her up the hospital if needs be.
